Following  three regional consultation meetings with our members the WYA would be very interested in your views on our Draft Articles of Association.  As part of this review we have been fortunate to have had the support of the Welsh Sports Association who have allocated the time of one of their Consultants to help us through the process.

The new Draft Articles and the proposed structure have been approved by the Strategy Committee.  A resolution to adopt the new articles will be put in front of an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 28th of November 2011.
