After several months of development The Green Blue has launched its brand new website, www.thegreenblue.org.uk

Whilst the URL of the homepage has not changed, the URL’s of most of the internal pages have changed, so any links to The Green Blue’s internal pages from the RYA site,  will need updating.

So what’s new? As well as updating the existing information for boaters and marine businesses we have created a whole new section for clubs and training centres packed full of specialist information on how they can make environmental improvements and save money at the same time too.

We have also created dedicated regional pages so visitors can see what’s happening in their area at a glance, and by using social networking media The Green Blue is reaching out to new groups on Facebook and Twitter! What’s more an updated ‘Pump Out Directory’ showing the location of holding tank pump out facilities around the UK had been added, and users can still make use of our Green Directory to find greener boating products and the Marine Toolkit, for businesses to make environmental improvements and save money.
