Sailing is a sport where controlling controllables is key in a ever changing dynamic sport.  What a place to learn those skills sailing against the best sailors in the World mixed in with some highly variable conditions and a good bit of waiting around dished up by the Largs Scotland Sailing Academy. 

5 members of the WNS were selected for the GBR team going into probably the toughest youth fleets in the world, Hannah Tilley, Aimee Sarraco Jones, Anna Piggott, Tom Piggott, Micky Beckett.  Hannah having just missed the Gold fleet along with Micky achieved credible silver fleet results – with Micky one of the youngest competitors and Hannah finishing 9th U17 and 3rd GBR U17 girl.  A tough learning experience of racing at the top of the world sailing youth pedigree!
